Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can shift.
To honor both your time and the preparation that goes into each treatment, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
